Structure difference:
BVV line is a single copper wire with a larger section inside, while RVV line is a single copper wire with a smaller section inside.

The inner core of BVV is a single copper wire. BVV has two inner cores. The cross section of each inner core is 1.5 and each inner core is a copper wire with a diameter of 1.38

So BVV is harder than RVV.
